We have an amazing product but lack online visibility.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.</li><li>Optimize website content using SEO tools and techniques to improve organic search rankings and visibility.</li><li>Manage and grow social media channels through strategic content creation, scheduling, and community engagement using social media management tools.</li><li>Create compelling content for blogs, landing pages, email newsletters, and ad copy that resonates with target audiences.</li><li>Implement conversion optimization strategies to increase website traffic, lead generation, and sales performance.</li><li>Utilize Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other SEM platforms to develop targeted advertising campaigns.</li><li>Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for organic and paid search initiatives.</li><li>Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools to inform ongoing strategy adjustments.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually engaging assets for campaigns.</li><li>Manage content management systems such as WordPress to update website pages and landing sites efficiently.</li><li>Execute marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through personalized email marketing campaigns.</li><li>Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, performance marketing, e-commerce, and B2B marketing to stay ahead of the curve.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, Google Ads/AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies.</li><li>Hands-on experience with content creation including copywriting for various digital formats as well as graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Familiarity with website management platforms such as WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is advantageous for technical optimization tasks.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze data for insights into campaign performance and user behavior using analytics tools.</li><li>Experience executing social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or Instagram&mdash;focusing on B2B or B2C audiences as applicable.</li><li>Background in e-commerce environments or performance marketing is preferred.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills combined with strategic keyword research capabilities to craft compelling messaging that drives results.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
