Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
- Optimize website content using SEO tools and techniques to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Manage and grow social media channels through strategic content creation, scheduling, and community engagement using social media management tools.
- Create compelling content for blogs, landing pages, email newsletters, and ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
- Implement conversion optimization strategies to increase website traffic, lead generation, and sales performance.
- Utilize Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other SEM platforms to develop targeted advertising campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for organic and paid search initiatives.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools to inform ongoing strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually engaging assets for campaigns.
- Manage content management systems such as WordPress to update website pages and landing sites efficiently.
- Execute marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through personalized email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, performance marketing, e-commerce, and B2B marketing to stay ahead of the curve.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, Google Ads/AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies.
- Hands-on experience with content creation including copywriting for various digital formats as well as graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with website management platforms such as WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is advantageous for technical optimization tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data for insights into campaign performance and user behavior using analytics tools.
- Experience executing social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or Instagram—focusing on B2B or B2C audiences as applicable.
- Background in e-commerce environments or performance marketing is preferred.
- Strong copywriting skills combined with strategic keyword research capabilities to craft compelling messaging that drives results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
