Key Responsibilities:Export Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, LC documentation, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities for timely shipments.</li><li>Track consignments and ensure on-time delivery to international clients.</li><li>Maintain records of shipments, export licenses, and compliance documents.</li><li>Liaise with clients regarding shipment status, requirements, and queries.</li><li>Ensure compliance with export laws, regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Handle post-shipment documentation including payment follow-ups and reconciliations.</li></ul>Administrative Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage office administrative functions such as correspondence, filing, and scheduling.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs.</li><li>Support HR and accounts department with documentation and data entry as required.</li><li>Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist in audits when required.</li><li>Handle travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and general office support.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in export documentation and office administration.</li><li>Knowledge of export regulations, shipping procedures, and documentation.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Excellent communication skills (verbal &amp; written).</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
