Key Responsibilities:
Export Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, LC documentation, etc.).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities for timely shipments.
- Track consignments and ensure on-time delivery to international clients.
- Maintain records of shipments, export licenses, and compliance documents.
- Liaise with clients regarding shipment status, requirements, and queries.
- Ensure compliance with export laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Handle post-shipment documentation including payment follow-ups and reconciliations.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage office administrative functions such as correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs.
- Support HR and accounts department with documentation and data entry as required.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist in audits when required.
- Handle travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and general office support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in export documentation and office administration.
- Knowledge of export regulations, shipping procedures, and documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
