Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management & Dispatch
• Ensure all customer orders are dispatched on time from all three warehouses.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to streamline daily dispatch operations.
• Team Management
• Lead and manage the team
• Ensure smooth coordination and productivity across team members.
• Dispatch Coordination
• Work closely for dispatch-related coordination and escalation handling.
• Logistics & Vendor Management
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard better logistics partners across India.
• Negotiate contracts and implement cost-cutting measures in logistics.
• Warehouse Oversight
• Conduct timely visits at all warehouses to monitor operations, compliance, and efficiency.
• Oversee setup of new warehouses as and when required.
• Planning & Analysis
• Manage stock planning for smooth operations and availability.
• Plan payments and align cash flows for critical and high-priority orders.
• Process Improvement
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve warehouse, logistics, and dispatch efficiency.
• Track KPIs such as TAT, cost per shipment, and fulfillment accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,974.13 - ₹30,000.00 per month
