Job SummaryThe Warehouse Counter Associate will conduct the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules.Duties/Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive and document bulk and package inventory for stock replenishment</li><li>Organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency</li><li>Identify missing, lost, or damaged materials and report to supervisor</li><li>Make packaged products from bulk storage including drums, pails, and totes</li><li>General upkeep including sweeping, trash removal, spill clean up</li><li>Basic equipment maintenance including nozzle and hose replacement on fuel pumps</li><li>Pull and stage bulk and package goods accurately for daily deliveries</li><li>Create accurate sales orders for customer purchases</li><li>Assist customers with loading of product</li><li>Assist with training of new employees</li><li>Re-stocking inventory and general upkeep of sales floor</li><li>Must be able to work Saturday&rsquo;s</li><li>Expectation for continual education pertaining to company products and services</li><li>Complete special projects assigned by supervisor</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Flexibility to be a team player and participate in efforts that are necessary to benefit the company</li><li>Ability to adhere to company standards of professionalism and time demands</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills</li><li>License and vehicle to drive</li><li>High school diploma/GED preferred</li></ul>Required Skills/Abilities<ul><li>Previous forklift experience preferred</li><li>Customer service skills</li><li>Microsoft Office knowledge: Outlook, Word, Excel</li><li>Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgements</li><li>Excellent time management skills</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.</li><li>Ability to move around the warehouse</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>San Antonio, TX 78213 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>San Antonio, TX 78213: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
