Your new role You will work as a Property Manager, managing their East Midlands portfolio. Joining as a Head of Projects and Commercial Management will see you become responsible for the successful delivery of principal major construction projects and programmes for the foreseeable future. Your new role You will lead on, and be responsible for, the project management and principal housing-led capital projects and programmes and will report on and provide guidance to the senior leadership team. Your new role As a Maintenance Plumber, you'll be part of a proactive maintenance team delivering both planned and reactive services across the site.
