 HaystackAnalytics is a healthtech company spun out of IIT Bombay, developing products and technology platforms to make NGS-based clinical solutions affordable and accessible to diagnostic laboratories and hospitals worldwide. We are a global innovator of products like TB-WGS and infexn-NGS. Both of these are patented products from HaystackAnalytics disrupting diagnostics and improving patient outcome in their respective domains. Next we are creating the AI Platform for human genomics &lsquo;identifi-NGS&rsquo; which is designed to bring a patient's genetic context to Hospitals/doctors/customers enabling personalized therapy and outcome.
 
 
 
 What We Want You To Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and update job descriptions
 </li>
 <li>
 Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
 </li>
 <li>
 Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
 </li>
 <li>
 Screen incoming resumes and application forms
 </li>
 <li>
 Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
 </li>
 <li>
 Advertise job openings on company&rsquo;s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with stakeholders i.e Hiring managers, candidates. For scheduling interviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a liaison with new joiners to help them in the journey of new hire to an employee.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What Are We Looking In You
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 6 months - 1 year work experience as an HR Recruiter/Executive.
 </li>
 <li>
 Well versed with MS Office and GSuite
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with sourcing techniques
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of referral programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal as well as written communication skills. Good proficiency in English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources
 </li>
 <li>
 Will be required to use own Laptop.
