Role Overview

We are hiring a Performance Marketing & Growth Hacker to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and digital scale. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with strong expertise in paid ads, analytics, SEO/SEM, and growth experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic campaigns
• Improve CPA, ROAS, and lead generation performance
• Run A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and funnels
• Track and analyze KPIs using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar
• Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys
• Implement SEO & SEM strategies to improve organic and paid performance
• Launch referral programs, partnerships, and innovative growth experiments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX, and content teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 2–6 years experience in performance marketing / digital marketing / growth marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
