The Role

This role sits at the intersection of marketing channels, creative performance, and AI-supported optimisation. The Content Executive will manage day-to-day marketing activity while using performance data and AI tools to scale what works, improve creative efficiency, and support a disciplined testing approach.


Key Responsibilities

Creative Briefing & AI-Led Testing

  • Write clear, performance-led creative briefs for concepts, hooks, formats, and iterations
  • Use AI and creative analysis tools (e.g. Motion, Foreplay) to identify patterns and opportunities
  • Translate insights into structured test plans and clear next steps for the graphic designers team as well as the content production team
  • Work closely with creative and social teams to brief, feedback, and iterate quickly

Optimisation & Scaling

  • Analyse creative and audience performance to identify scalable winners
  • Apply learnings to improve early-stage metrics such as hook rate, CTR, and hold rate
  • Support creative scaling through iteration, not just increased volume
  • Help improve creative efficiency using automation and AI where it adds real value

Ways of Working

  • Act as a connector between performance, creative, and e-commerce teams
  • Follow and contribute to testing and briefing frameworks
  • Keep performance insights and learnings clearly documented

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns are launched cleanly and optimised consistently
  • Creative briefs are clear, data-led, and easy to execute against
  • AI and tools are used to improve speed and decision-making, not complexity
  • Testing and scaling are structured, with learnings applied quickly


What you’ll bring

  • 1-3 years’ experience in marketing content, ideally within e-commerce
  • Strong interest in AI, optimisation, and performance-driven scaling
  • Familiarity with creative analysis tools such as Motion and Foreplay
  • Confident working with data and turning insights into actions
  • Clear communicator who can move fast and stay organised

Nice to Have

  • Fashion or fast-moving e-commerce experience
  • TikTok Ads experience
  • Experience working with in-house creative teams
