Content Creator

Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to plan, produce, and publish high-quality content across our digital platforms. You’ll create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice, supports marketing goals, and drives audience growth across social media, website, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original content for social media (Reels/TikTok, posts, stories, carousels), website, and marketing campaigns
• Develop content ideas, scripts, captions, and creative concepts that match the brand tone
• Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting
• Shoot and edit photo/video content (mobile-first content is a plus)
• Design simple visual content using tools like Canva or similar
• Collaborate with marketing/design teams to align content with campaigns and promotions
• Track performance (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) and suggest improvements
• Stay updated on trends, formats, and platform best practices
• Maintain organized content files (raw footage, edited assets, captions, templates)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience creating content for brands (portfolio required)
• Strong writing skills (captions, hooks, scripts, storytelling)
• Comfortable with video creation + editing (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
• Basic design sense and ability to create clean visuals
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and content trends
• Ability to work fast, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in brand tone
• Having a car is mandatory for this role due to on-site visits and content shoots

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with content strategy and growth tactics
• Basic knowledge of SEO and blog writing
• On-camera confidence (or ability to direct creators)
• Experience with ads creatives (UGC-style content, short-form performance videos)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
