Content Creator

Job Summary:

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across all brand channels, supporting marketing, social media, and campaigns, while strengthening brand positioning, driving audience engagement, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners for timely and impactful content delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creative Planning

  • Develop creative concepts, content ideas, and mood boards aligned with each brand’s voice and marketing objectives.
  • Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for all social media channels for each brand separately.
  • Research trending topics, competitors’ activities, and audience preferences to guide content creation.

Content Creation & Development

  • Work closely with photographers, videographers, and design teams to execute campaigns and produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, photography, videos, reels, stories, and infographics.
  • Coordinate with models, stylists, make-up artists, influencers, and collaborators and finalize the locations for campaign shoots.
  • Brief photographers, videographers, and designers for content production and make sure they’re following the brand guidelines.
  • Provide required copy content and write compelling captions, blogs, press releases, newsletters and ad copy tailored to each brand.
  • Cover all influencers’ store visits and create engaging content from them.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.

Campaigns, PR & Influencer Engagement

  • Assist in organizing and executing all brand-related PR events and influencer campaigns, ensuring thorough preparation and high-quality visual coverage.
  • Coordinate with external partners and influencers to maintain consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track content performance using social media analytics tools.
  • Analyze insights to improve content strategy and engagement.
  • Prepare regular reports on KPIs, trends, and campaign results.

Brand Growth & Innovation

  • Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new formats, styles, and interactive content to increase audience engagement.
  • Suggest creative ways to promote products, campaigns, and brand initiatives online.
  • Track competitors’ activities and analyze opportunities that can be adapted for our brand.

Team Support & Flexibility

  • Be supportive and collaborative in handling any additional tasks assigned, even if they relate to a brand or project outside your primary responsibilities within Louzan Group.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Marketing, Retail, or digital marketing.
  • Proactive, with a can-do attitude, demonstrating maturity and leadership.
  • Organized and able to manage tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Creative, with strong attention to detail in developing exceptional content.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively execute responsibilities.
