Content Performance Manager

The Role
Hiring: Content & Performance Manager (Luxury Real Estate – Dubai) We are looking for a high-level Content & Performance Manager to build and scale a dominant digital presence focused on Palm Jumeirah ultra-luxury villas. This is not a basic social media role. We are building authority in the ultra-prime segment. About the Brand 15+ years in Dubai real estate Transactions in the ultra-luxury segment (up to AED 200M) Specialised in Palm Jumeirah villas (exclusive & off-market opportunities) The objective is clear: Position as the go-to Palm Jumeirah authority in the digital space. Responsibilities • Develop and execute a premium content strategy • Film high-end property content (1 shooting day per week) • Produce 8–10 luxury Reels per month • Create 2–4 expert authority videos monthly • Manage Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook) • Structure cold traffic + retargeting campaigns • Optimise for qualified HNW leads • Track CPL and campaign performance • Deliver monthly performance reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury real estate marketing • Strong portfolio of high-end video content • Advanced Meta Ads Manager skills • Understanding of high-net-worth targeting • Based in Dubai preferred • Fluent English Bonus: • Drone & cinematic production experience • Experience with ultra-prime property marketing Compensation • Competitive monthly retainer (based on experience) • Performance-based bonus • Separate advertising budget Initial 1-month trial with KPI evaluation.
