We are a well-established leisure and lifestyle company headquartered in the Middle East. With a strong track record of growth and a loyal member base, we are now embarking on an exciting expansion into Southeast Asia, starting with Thailand.

We’re looking for a bilingual marketing professional based in the UAE to help us launch and grow our brand in the Thai market.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Thailand across digital, social, and offline channels

• Localise marketing materials to ensure messaging resonates culturally and linguistically with Thai audiences

• Conduct market research on the Thai leisure and lifestyle landscape, competitors, and consumer behaviour

• Manage social media channels and community engagement for the Thailand market

• Coordinate with local agencies, influencers, and media partners

• Support pre-launch campaigns and grand opening events for new locations

• Work closely with the UAE-based marketing team to ensure brand consistency

• Track campaign performance, report on KPIs, and optimise based on data

• Travel to Thailand as required for launches, events, and partner meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Thai (spoken and written) – essential

• Fluent in English

• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in leisure, lifestyle, retail, or hospitality

• Strong understanding of the Thai market, consumer culture, and digital landscape

• Experience with social media management, paid advertising, and content creation

• Excellent project management and communication skills

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Willing to travel to Thailand regularly
