Social Media Marketing Executive – Tadbeer Center (UAE)

About Us:

We are a licensed Tadbeer Center providing domestic worker recruitment and related services under the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our online presence and grow our digital reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.)

Run paid advertising campaigns and monitor performance (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

Develop marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement

Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and stories related to Tadbeer services

Respond to customer inquiries on social media professionally and promptly

Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports

Coordinate with the design and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing (preferably in the UAE)

Familiar with Facebook Ads Manager and other online advertising tools

Strong communication and creative content skills (Arabic is a plus)

Ability to handle multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously

Knowledge of Tadbeer services or recruitment industry preferred

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
