Laroussi music Seeking Strategic Marketing specialist

Weekly 2 Music Events

We are seeking a Dubai-based strategic marketing specialist to develop and execute the full marketing strategy for two weekly recurring music events featuring live bands, DJs, and immersive show performances.

These concepts are designed as high-energy, entertainment-driven experiences that require consistent audience growth, strong brand positioning, and sustained weekly momentum.

The objective is to build a unified event identity, drive measurable attendance and reservations, strengthen community engagement, and establish both events as must-attend weekly fixtures in Dubai’s entertainment scene.

We are looking for a long-term strategic partner aligned with our creative vision who can develop performance-driven campaigns, manage digital presence, and ensure continuous growth and visibility across key channels.

Scope of Work

Phase 1: Strategy & Market Foundation

1. Initial Assessment & Alignment

  • Kick-off session to align on vision, brand direction, objectives, and expectations
  • Deep understanding of target audience, competition, and positioning

2. Market Research & Audience Insights

  • Target audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences
  • Competitive landscape analysis
  • Audience segmentation for tailored media planning

3. Campaign Goals & KPI Development

  • Define clear business objectives
  • Establish measurable KPIs
  • Build performance tracking framework

4. Strategic Development

  • Brand positioning and messaging refinement
  • Recommendations to strengthen market differentiation
  • Exploration of new positioning opportunities
  • Channel strategy (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, etc.) aligned with objectives

Phase 2: Brand Development & Execution

1. Branding Concept & Guidelines

  • Refined brand concept and positioning
  • Visual identity direction (colors, typography, imagery style)
  • Logo application guidelines
  • Tone of voice & messaging framework
  • Comprehensive brand usage document

2. Single-Page Website Development

  • Website structure & content flow
  • Creative design aligned with brand identity
  • Copywriting (brand story, services, contact)
  • Responsive design (desktop & mobile)
  • Basic SEO implementation

3. Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Comprehensive social media playbook
  • Platform prioritization & content direction
  • Influencer collaboration strategy
  • Posting calendar & content planning

Management Includes:

  • Facebook & Instagram management
  • 15 curated posts + daily stories per month
  • GIFs, reels, static visuals & basic animations
  • Two (2) professional photoshoots/videoshoots (4 hours each per contractual period)
  • Video editing & image retouching
  • Maintenance of social media features (bio, highlights, linktree, reels, covers)

4. Paid Media & Reporting

  • Management of Meta & Google advertising campaigns (ad budgets separately quoted)
  • Digital media planning
  • Monthly performance reports (growth rate, engagement, reach, top-performing content)

Ideal Partner Profile

  • Strong background in events entertainment, music, F&B, or lifestyle branding
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in branding, creative direction, and audience growth
  • Strategic mindset with measurable results approach
  • Based in Dubai with understanding of regional and international markets

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
