Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive for our fast-growing real estate company who is creative, proactive, and results-driven. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, generating qualified leads, and producing high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate should have strong digital marketing expertise along with hands-on experience in videography and video editing for property promotions and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and property portals
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, and online listings
• Handle videography and photography for property shoots, site visits, and corporate branding
• Edit videos for reels, YouTube, ads, and promotional campaigns
• Manage and grow company pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Coordinate with sales and leasing teams to promote listings and projects
• Manage basic graphic design tasks (banners, flyers, social media creatives)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation
• Hands-on experience in videography, photography, and video editing
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, or similar
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form and long-form property videos
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with real estate portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools
• UAE driving license is an advantage
