Content Creator

The Content Creator will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across approximately four locations per month (variable depending on campaigns and seasonal requirements). This role requires strong technical proficiency in professional camera operation and advanced video editing capabilities.

The ideal candidate is creative, technically skilled, organized, and capable of independently executing shoots and delivering polished content aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot professional photo and video content across multiple Adventure Island venues.
• Execute monthly content scope covering approximately four locations (variable).
• Capture dynamic entertainment, lifestyle, and promotional content tailored for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Edit high-quality videos using:
• Final Cut Pro
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• CapCut (for short-form / social media optimization)
• Deliver content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, and other digital platforms.
• Occasionally manage and upload Instagram stories.
• Ensure consistency in visual branding, color grading, pacing, and storytelling.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaign objectives.
• Maintain and handle company-provided professional equipment responsibly.

Technical Requirements

• Strong proficiency in operating professional cameras (DSLR / Mirrorless / Cinema Cameras).
• Solid understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and audio capture.
• Advanced video editing skills in:
• Final Cut Pro
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• CapCut
• Experience in shooting high-energy, fast-paced environments (events, entertainment, hospitality preferred).
• Ability to independently set up lighting and basic audio when required.

Candidate Profile

• Mid-level experience (3–5 years preferred).
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both shooting and editing capabilities.
• Comfortable working in entertainment environments with active crowds.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing a monthly content production calendar.
• Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling skills.

Working Structure

• Full-time, on-site position in Dubai.
• Flexible working hours based on shooting schedules and venue activity.

• Monthly content scope must be fulfilled as per marketing plan.
