 Role Overview
 
 We are hiring a
 
 Technical Sales Executive
 
 with
 
 1&ndash;3 years of experience
 
 in interior design, fit-out, construction, or a related field.
 
 
 This role sits between
 
 clients, design, and execution
 
 , and requires someone who understands both
 
 sales and technical realities on site
 
 .
 
 Key Responsibilities
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle incoming leads and actively generate new business
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet clients, understand requirements, and propose suitable solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with design and operations teams to prepare offers and proposals
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand drawings, materials, and execution constraints
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and deal closures
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain sales pipeline and report progress regularly
 </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in
 
 fit-out, interior design, construction, or real estate sales
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of drawings, materials, finishes, and site work
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to build trust with clients and close deals
 </li>
 <li>
 Motivated, organized, and eager to grow in a commercial role
 </li>
 </ul>
 Nice to Have
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience selling turnkey or custom interior solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 CRM or sales tracking experience
 </li>
 </ul>
