Role Overview

We are hiring a Technical Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, or a related field.

This role sits between clients, design, and execution , and requires someone who understands both sales and technical realities on site .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and actively generate new business
• Meet clients, understand requirements, and propose suitable solutions
• Coordinate with design and operations teams to prepare offers and proposals
• Understand drawings, materials, and execution constraints
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and deal closures
• Maintain sales pipeline and report progress regularly

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in fit-out, interior design, construction, or real estate sales
• Basic understanding of drawings, materials, finishes, and site work
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust with clients and close deals
• Motivated, organized, and eager to grow in a commercial role

Nice to Have

• Experience selling turnkey or custom interior solutions
• CRM or sales tracking experience
