This role is perfect for a developing professional ready to take the next step in their career, managing the sales process for our exciting portfolio of properties.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals set by the management.</li><li>Lead Management &amp; Conversion: Efficiently manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial inquiry/lead generation (through various channels like digital, brokers, events) to site visits, negotiation, and final closure.</li><li>Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, providing exceptional service and tailored property solutions.</li><li>Market &amp; Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our projects, floor plans, pricing, and the competitive real estate market landscape in the region.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of all sales-related documentation and customer data in the CRM system. Generate regular sales reports, market feedback, and activity updates for senior management.</li><li>Site Visit Management: Conduct professional and engaging presentations and site visits for prospective buyers, clearly articulating the value proposition of our properties.</li><li>Negotiation &amp; Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize deals while adhering to company policies and legal guidelines.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in real estate sales, business development, or a related high-value sales environment. Experience with a real estate developer is a significant advantage.</li><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Specify local language(s) required, e.g., English and Hindi].</li><li>Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
