Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a related field, a passion for the property market, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. This role is perfect for a developing professional ready to take the next step in their career, managing the sales process for our exciting portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals set by the management.
  • Lead Management & Conversion: Efficiently manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial inquiry/lead generation (through various channels like digital, brokers, events) to site visits, negotiation, and final closure.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, providing exceptional service and tailored property solutions.
  • Market & Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our projects, floor plans, pricing, and the competitive real estate market landscape in the region.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of all sales-related documentation and customer data in the CRM system. Generate regular sales reports, market feedback, and activity updates for senior management.
  • Site Visit Management: Conduct professional and engaging presentations and site visits for prospective buyers, clearly articulating the value proposition of our properties.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize deals while adhering to company policies and legal guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in real estate sales, business development, or a related high-value sales environment. Experience with a real estate developer is a significant advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Specify local language(s) required, e.g., English and Hindi].
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work independently.
