Job Responsibilities<ul><li>General supervision and inspect the installation, modification and commissioning of electrical systems at construction sites.</li><li>Supervising all execution staff and workers at the project site.</li><li>Evaluate the project construction to ensure compliance with Government (DEWA, ADDC, Dubai/ Abu Dhabi municipality) standards for electrical works.</li><li>Submit data sheet for daily, weekly, monthly reports to Project Manager.</li><li>Executing works as per approved Shop Drawings &amp; Method of Statements.</li><li>Planning the work as per the requirement of consultant/client, assigning duties for Foreman's/Supervisors as per the panning, managing materials and manpower.</li><li>Coordination with Specialist/Supplier/Subcontractors of Security, CCTV, Fire Alarm, CBS, Structured Cabling, etc... for submittals and site coordination.</li><li>Regularly coordinating with Main contractor to complete MEP works in line with site progress.</li><li>Responsible for preparation of project from concept design stage to detailed design stage including workshop with client for their requirement.</li><li>Responsible for review of project and joint discussion with concern parties.</li><li>Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.</li><li>Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.</li><li>Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.</li><li>Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.</li><li>Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.</li><li>Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.</li><li>Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.</li><li>Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.</li><li>Maintaining electrical equipment.</li><li>Working with a variety of technicians.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Electrical Engineer in UAE: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Electrical work at UAE: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Role &amp; ResponsibilitiesLooking for a hardworking and dedicated MEP Draftsman to join immediately.1-Preparation of technical drawings based on rough sketches, specification and calculations from engineers, surveyors and architects and MEP engineers.2. To critically review the relevant documents prior to start of construction e.g IFC, Project Specification etc3. Checks and corrects work prepared by others in order to conform to standards, specifications, and design requirements4. Prepare finished drawings for construction work from sketches, specifications, and field notes5. Prepares MEP calculations for HVAC drawings, plumbing, piping and small substation and electrical works6. Design change requirements, including but not limited to piping, plumbing, firefighting design7. Identify any deviation in the design and provide justification for the deviation.8. Experience in MEP design detailing.9.
