How do you typically prefer to receive feedback or on-the-spot coaching during a shift?</li><li>When the store is quiet, how do you identify what needs to be done (restocking, cleaning, organizing) without being prompted by a manager?</li><li>Briefly describe how you would handle a situation where a customer is frustrated or unhappy with a purchase.</li><li>We are looking for year-round stability for this role.
