We are looking for experienced, energetic, and customer-focused professionals witha proactive and service-driven attitude and genuine interest in health and fitness.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome clients warmly and manage check-in/check-out</li><li>Handle appointment bookings and internal communication</li><li>Manage payments and daily closing reports</li><li>Provide exceptional service, answer inquiries, and guide clients through their visit</li><li>Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure smooth clinic flow</li><li>Coordinate with clinicians regarding patient schedules</li><li>Assist with admin tasks, insurance documentation, and customer follow-ups</li></ul>Requirements&middot; 3&ndash;5 years of Front Desk experience in UAE within a clinic, wellness center, physiotherapy, chiropractic, or similar healthcare environment&middot; Strong understanding of appointment management and clinic operations&middot; Excellent communication skills in English&middot; Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling systems&middot; Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle fast-paced environments&middot; Positive attitude, team player, and proactive problem-solver&middot; Genuine interest in wellness, fitness, and rehabilitationWhat We Offer&middot; Competitive salary&middot; Visa + medical insurance&middot; Growth opportunities in a fast-expanding brand&middot; Professional development and internal trainingJob Type: Full-timePay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,250.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>healthcare: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
