You&rsquo;ll work as part of an in-house team that offers our employees guidance and resources, flexible schedules, and competitive pay. Employees are encouraged to set their own schedules to reflect the type of clientele they wish to see.*AT THIS TIME WE ARE LOOKING FOR COUNSELORS TO SEE CLIENTS AGES 5-99Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Evaluate clients needs and create treatment plans</li><li>Help individuals with the resources needed to reach personal goals</li><li>Monitor client progress and adjust their treatment plan as needed</li><li>Maintain required state certification for the counseling position</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>current LPC or PLPC status (if this is PLPC's first position, we will work through the paperwork for licensing)</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to empathize with clients</li><li>Experience writing assessments and reports to monitor client progress</li></ul>Work Remotely<ul><li>Yes</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, InternshipPay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 &ndash; 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Baton Rouge, LA 70809
