Our agency works collaboratively to support the emotional and psychological well-being of individuals, families, and communities.Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about mental health advocacy, evidence-based practice, and helping others navigate life's challenges. We value the culture that is being created at Healing House and want to be sure that our staff feels valued and understands our goals for the business.Key Responsibilities ● Provide psychotherapy services to clients using evidence-based therapeutic approaches● Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation● Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and other therapists● Participate in regular supervision and clinical team meetings● Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards ● Stay current on best practices in the mental health fieldQualifications ● Master&rsquo;s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field● Current, active licensure as a [LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, etc.] in the state of Michigan● Limited License are welcome to apply as well- supervision can be discussed ● Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred● Experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and trauma)● Strong interpersonal and communication skills● Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and telehealth platforms is a plusBenefits ● Competitive salary, Billing and office management work done for you● Flexible scheduling and hybrid work options (if applicable)● Supportive team culture with regular clinical collaboration● Great work environment with a family atmosphereHow to Apply Please submit your resume, cover letter, and licensure information to Amanda at healinghousetherapy@gmail.com.
