Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about mental health advocacy, evidence-based practice, and helping others navigate life's challenges. Key Responsibilities

● Provide psychotherapy services to clients using evidence-based therapeutic approaches

● Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation

● Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and other therapists

● Participate in regular supervision and clinical team meetings

● Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards ● Stay current on best practices in the mental health field

Qualifications

● Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

● Current, active licensure as a [LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, etc.] in the state of Michigan

● Limited License are welcome to apply as well- supervision can be discussed ● Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred

● Experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and trauma)

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills

● Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and telehealth platforms is a plus
