Please include a cover letter with your resume expressing why you would be a great fit for our team. **Must Speak English** NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.Full Job DescriptionThe Rehab Specialist/Chiropractic Assistant will implement an individual patient therapy care plan that has been prepared our Chiropractor and work under the supervision of that Chiropractor.PRIMARY FUNCTIONS<ul><li>Perform routine strengthening exercises and therapeutic exercises as outlined by the Treatment plan</li><li>Assist in teaching exercise programs to patient while in the clinic</li><li>Consult with doctor regarding the outcome of home exercises and report findings in written forms</li><li>Submit daily notes as required</li><li>Observe and record activities and findings in their EHR file</li><li>Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information</li><li>Manage patient flow</li><li>Performs other job duties as assigned</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>M 7:30-1:00 2:30-6:00 T 10:00-12:00 1:30-6:00 W 7:30-1:00 2:30-6:00</li><li>Thur 1:30-6:00 F 7:30-12:00</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Physical/Personal Trainer: 1 year (Preferred but not required)</li><li>Customer Service: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school diploma (Required)</li><li>Some College (Preferred)</li><li>Exercise Science (Preferred)</li></ul>COVID-19 Precaution(s):<ul><li>Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place</li></ul>Work Remotely<ul><li>No</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $19.00 per hourWork Location: In person
