Full Job Description

The Rehab Specialist/Chiropractic Assistant will implement an individual patient therapy care plan that has been prepared our Chiropractor and work under the supervision of that Chiropractor.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

• Perform routine strengthening exercises and therapeutic exercises as outlined by the Treatment plan
• Assist in teaching exercise programs to patient while in the clinic
• Consult with doctor regarding the outcome of home exercises and report findings in written forms
• Submit daily notes as required
• Observe and record activities and findings in their EHR file
• Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
• Manage patient flow
• Performs other job duties as assigned

Schedule:

• M 7:30-1:00 2:30-6:00 T 10:00-12:00 1:30-6:00 W 7:30-1:00 2:30-6:00
• Thur 1:30-6:00 F 7:30-12:00

Experience:

• Physical/Personal Trainer: 1 year (Preferred but not required)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)

Education:

• High school diploma (Required)
• Some College (Preferred)
• Exercise Science (Preferred)
