We are a fast-paced, upbeat chiropractic and progressive rehabilitation clinic, helping patients get back to doing what they love through chiropractic care, Rehab, and other wellness services.

You&rsquo;ll be involved in multiple areas of the practice, including promotional communications, helping patients, customer service, and handling finances.

What you will do: 
<ul>
<li>Insurance verifications</li>
<li>Create financial worksheets</li>
<li>Deliver financial reviews to patients</li>
<li>Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctor&rsquo;s treatment plan</li>
<li>Scan incoming insurance EOBs</li>
<li>Assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, and community outreach</li>
<li>Weekly patient reporting</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelines</li>
<li>Work with the rest of the team to keep the clinic clean and clutter-free</li>
<li>Manage patient flow between the Doctor, Rehab, and Front Desk to ensure the Patient experience is efficient, fun, and effective</li>
<li>Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information</li>
<li>Collect patient charges, control credit extended to patients, and file, collect, and expedite third-party claims</li>
<li>Maintain business office inventory</li>
<li>Other Administrative tasks</li>
</ul>What you need 
<ul>
<li>A two-year degree or more is preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is required</li>
