Job Description<ul><li>Evaluates patients to obtain history, performs physical examinations, orders lab and other tests, prescribes medications and treatments.</li><li>To provide effective, efficient and appropriate care to patients from the age of 0-99</li><li>Provides continuity in managed care for patients with pre-existing long term problems.</li><li>Makes referrals for secondary care.</li><li>Performs medical procedures like incision and draining, sutures, knee joint aspirations, knee joint injection</li><li>Provides health maintenance visits, evaluates for immunizations and provides anticipatory guidance andreferrals; performs contract and special physical examinations .</li><li>STD (sexually transmitted disease) and family planning screening and education.</li><li>Documents and codes all patient contact accurately and legibly in the medical record.</li><li>Performs as an active member of the medical team.</li><li>Performs Pap smears.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li><li>All patient notes should be completed daily in a timely manner.</li><li>Years of experience from the range of 1 - 10 years</li><li>Needs to work for 40 hrs a week, Monday through Friday</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Medical Specialty:<ul><li>Pediatrics</li><li>Primary Care</li><li>Psychiatry</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Family Nurse Practitioner: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Nurse Practitioner: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
