Job Description
- Evaluates patients to obtain history, performs physical examinations, orders lab and other tests, prescribes medications and treatments.
- To provide effective, efficient and appropriate care to patients from the age of 0-99
- Provides continuity in managed care for patients with pre-existing long term problems.
- Makes referrals for secondary care.
- Performs medical procedures like incision and draining, sutures, knee joint aspirations, knee joint injection
- Provides health maintenance visits, evaluates for immunizations and provides anticipatory guidance andreferrals; performs contract and special physical examinations .
- STD (sexually transmitted disease) and family planning screening and education.
- Documents and codes all patient contact accurately and legibly in the medical record.
- Performs as an active member of the medical team.
- Performs Pap smears.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- All patient notes should be completed daily in a timely manner.
- Years of experience from the range of 1 - 10 years
- Needs to work for 40 hrs a week, Monday through Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
