This role has significant autonomy and plays a crucial role in supporting clients.Duties<ul><li>Lead clients through the probate or trust administration process.</li><li>Coordinate with team members to facilitate clients through the process.</li><li>Manage case files and maintain organized documentation and progress using Clio.</li><li>Interview clients to gather pertinent information for cases.</li><li>Handle filing and data entry tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping.</li><li>Collaborate with clients on various legal matters including retitling assets.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to tribal laws and regulations as applicable.</li><li>Assist in project management tasks related to ongoing casework.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven paralegal experience with estate administration.</li><li>Familiarity with legal case management software (CLIO) and document management systems.</li><li>Fearless computer slills - eager to learn and grow.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail for document review.</li><li>Proficiency in clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.</li><li>Effective phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for client communication.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 30 per weekWork Location: Remote
