We are independent, impartial, and unbiased, ensuring clients receive advice tailored to their specific needs and budget.Using market-leading technology, you'll guide clients through a detailed fact-finding process to understand their requirements. Your goal will be to overcome objections by clearly communicating the features, benefits, and value of our products and services - ultimately converting warm leads into sales.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will:<ul><li>Have extensive sales experience within a high-volume, outbound calling environment.</li><li>Be motivated to work with and convert warm leads.</li><li>Demonstrate strong consultative selling skills, using client and product knowledge to tailor advice.</li><li>Thrive in a target-driven environment and consistently meet or exceed KPIs.</li><li>Possess excellent communication and active listening skills.</li></ul>About Heath CrawfordBased in Watford, we are a growing team of over 50 employees who enjoy a friendly, fun, and supportive culture.Employees benefit from:<ul><li>A full in-house training programme with ongoing professional development.</li><li>Quarterly team events - recent activities include The Crystal Maze, Tough Mudder, and Spy Games!</li><li>A workplace that values collaboration, positivity, and success.</li></ul>The Offer<ul><li>Salary: Up to £32,500 per annum, plus uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+).</li><li>Benefits:</li><li>Contributory pension scheme</li><li>Private Medical Insurance</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Dental Insurance</li></ul>Working hours (37.5 per week):<ul><li>Monday: 10:30am - 7:30pm</li><li>Tuesday: 11:30am - 7:30pm</li><li>Wednesday: 9:00am - 5:30pm</li><li>Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm</li><li>Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm</li></ul>Shift pattern: Every 3 weeks you'll have Friday off and work Saturday (9:00am - 3:00pm).
