This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents, stay current with industry trends, and contribute to a vibrant team committed to excellence.Duties<ul><li>Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and skin treatments such as dermabrasion and esthetic laser therapy.</li><li>Conduct skin analysis to recommend personalized treatment plans tailored to each client&rsquo;s needs.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.</li><li>Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatments and client progress thoroughly.</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results.</li><li>Stay informed about the latest industry techniques, tools, and products related to esthetic laser treatments, tattooing, hair threading, and other advanced procedures.</li><li>Promote retail sales of skincare products by understanding client needs and providing expert advice.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace.</li><li>Certified in cosmetology with a valid esthetician license; additional certifications in tattooing or laser treatments are a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with color theory for makeup application and skin tone matching.</li><li>Experience using EMR systems for accurate record keeping of treatments and client information.</li><li>Proficiency in performing body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and other esthetic procedures.</li><li>Ability to educate clients effectively on skincare routines and product usage while demonstrating professionalism at all times.
