Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and skin treatments such as dermabrasion and esthetic laser therapy.
• Conduct skin analysis to recommend personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatments and client progress thoroughly.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results.
• Stay informed about the latest industry techniques, tools, and products related to esthetic laser treatments, tattooing, hair threading, and other advanced procedures.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products by understanding client needs and providing expert advice.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace.
• Certified in cosmetology with a valid esthetician license; additional certifications in tattooing or laser treatments are a plus.
• Familiarity with color theory for makeup application and skin tone matching.
• Experience using EMR systems for accurate record keeping of treatments and client information.
• Proficiency in performing body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and other esthetic procedures.
• Ability to educate clients effectively on skincare routines and product usage while demonstrating professionalism at all times.
