Job Purpose:To manage and oversee the complete accounting process, ensure financial accuracy, statutory compliance, and support management in financial planning and decision-making. The Senior Accountant will also supervise the accounts team and maintain timely reporting of all financial activities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accounts Management</li><li>Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or ERP software.</li><li>Manage accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.</li><li>Ensure monthly and yearly closing of accounts.</li><li>Taxation &amp; Compliance</li><li>Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).</li><li>Handle TDS, Income Tax, and Professional Tax related work.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and statutory compliance.</li><li>Financial Reporting</li><li>Prepare monthly P&amp;L statements, balance sheets, cash flow and variance analysis.</li><li>Present financial summaries to management and suggest improvements.</li><li>Payroll &amp; Expense Control</li><li>Manage salary sheets, advances, incentives, and reimbursements.</li><li>Monitor expenses, maintain vouchers, and ensure internal control systems.</li><li>Team Coordination</li><li>Supervise junior accountants and ensure timely completion of work.</li><li>Train and guide the accounts staff on process improvements.</li><li>Vendor &amp; Bank Coordination</li><li>Handle vendor payments, purchase bills verification, and ledger reconciliation.</li><li>Coordinate with banks for OD accounts, fund transfers, and loan documentation.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, Excel, and Accounting Standards</li><li>Understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax filing</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
