Roles &amp; Responsibilities:&#8239; <ul><li>Manage, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments including installation, updates, roles and features, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.</li><li>Provide support for Windows Desktop OS (Windows 10/11) including configuration, patching, and issue resolution.</li><li>Work with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) for administration and support.</li><li>Administer Office 365 including user creation, license management, mailbox configuration, and email troubleshooting.</li><li>Perform routine server and workstation maintenance, including monitoring, backups, and applying security updates.</li><li>Troubleshoot LAN/WAN network issues and provide support for routers, switches, and firewall devices.</li><li>Perform basic Linux administration involving updates, user management, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Use PowerShell for basic automation, script execution, and administrative tasks.</li><li>Provide end-user IT support through remote tools and on-site assistance.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, configurations, incidents, and resolutions.</li><li>Collaborate with the IT team to implement operational improvements, new solutions, and best practices.</li><li>Continuously learn and upskill in areas such as networking, virtualization, cloud services, and automation.</li></ul>Must have Skills:&#8239; <ul><li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows Desktop OS.</li><li>Good understanding of Office 365 administration and cloud-based tools.</li><li>Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching).</li><li>Intermediate-level experience with Linux systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.).</li><li>Basic proficiency in PowerShell scripting.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments.</li></ul>Good to have:&#8239; <ul><li>Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.</li><li>Experience working with backup solutions and disaster recovery tools.</li></ul>Personal Competencies:&#8239; <ul><li>Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.</li><li>Willingness to learn new technologies and grow in advanced networking and systems operations.</li></ul>Qualification: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Networking or a related field</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;1,057,732.54 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Baner, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your total years of experience?</li><li>What is your current CTC(in LPA) ?</li><li>What is your Expected CTC(in LPA) ?</li><li>What is your Notice Period(in days) ?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Windows Server: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Windows Operating system: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
