Purchase &amp; Vendor Accounting<ul><li>Process purchase orders and verify vendor invoices before booking.</li><li>Match GRN with invoices and ensure correctness.</li><li>Maintain vendor payment schedules and follow up for timely clearances.</li><li>Handle vendor reconciliation and resolve mismatches by coordinating with Purchase &amp; Accounts.</li></ul>3. Expense Booking (Marketing &amp; SCM)<ul><li>Process and book marketing, logistics, freight, and activation-related expenses.</li><li>Verify supporting documents (approvals, invoices, proof of execution, etc.).</li><li>Track monthly expense budgets and highlight any variances.</li><li>Support monthly MIS preparation for spends and operating costs.</li></ul>4. Role Overview:Responsible for supporting all commercial, purchase, and expense-related operations including billing, reconciliation, vendor management, purchase booking, and coordination between Sales, Supply Chain (SCM), Marketing, Purchase, and Finance teams. The role ensures smooth business transactions, accurate accounting, and compliance with company policies while maintaining control over financial and operational activities.Key Responsibilities:1. Billing &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare and verify sales invoices, debit/credit notes, and other commercial documents.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices as per company policies.</li><li>Maintain and track all supporting documents (POs, agreements, dispatch documents, etc.).</li></ul>2. Purchase &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Process purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for material supply and documentation.</li><li>Verify and book vendor invoices in Tally/ERP after proper approvals.</li><li>Track GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and match with invoices to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Maintain vendor payment tracker and coordinate with Finance for timely releases.</li><li>Handle vendor reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the Purchase and Accounts teams.</li></ul>3.
