Marketing CoordinatorOverview Looking for a self-driven Marketing Coordinator to manage our day-to-day marketing efforts. This role has a high level of autonomy and requires someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and is accountable for results.Responsibilities<ul><li>Execute and manage marketing tasks independently</li><li>Manage social media posting and engagement</li><li>Assist with email marketing and basic website updates</li><li>Create simple marketing content (posts, emails, flyers)</li><li>Track leads and marketing performance</li><li>Maintain brand consistency</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and support promotions or local events</li><li>Manage &amp; execute grass roots marketing efforts</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Marketing runs smoothly without constant oversight</li><li>Consistent, professional brand presence</li><li>Leads and results are tracked and reported</li><li>You bring ideas forward and own the outcomes</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Self-motivated and comfortable working independently</li><li>Strong organization and follow-through</li><li>Clear communication skills</li><li>Basic marketing and social media knowledge</li><li>Comfortable with accountability</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Some marketing or content experience preferred</li><li>Familiarity with social media, email tools, or Canva is a plus</li><li>Degree helpful but not required</li></ul>MissionTo build value with every interaction, help our customers reclaim lost time, and reduce everyday frustrations.
