Overview
Looking for a self-driven Marketing Coordinator to manage our day-to-day marketing efforts. This role has a high level of autonomy and requires someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and is accountable for results.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage marketing tasks independently
• Manage social media posting and engagement
• Assist with email marketing and basic website updates
• Create simple marketing content (posts, emails, flyers)
• Track leads and marketing performance
• Maintain brand consistency
• Coordinate with vendors and support promotions or local events
• Manage & execute grass roots marketing efforts

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Clear communication skills
• Basic marketing and social media knowledge
• Comfortable with accountability

Experience

• Some marketing or content experience preferred
• Familiarity with social media, email tools, or Canva is a plus
• Degree helpful but not required

Pay: $48,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
