Responsibilities:<ul><li>
As per the Patients needs perform catheter access &amp; care (peripheral IVs, port-a-caths, PICC/central lines), vitals/assessments, medication administration (Abx, TPN, IVIG, and other specialty meds), blood draws</li><li>
Provide patient education on self-administration of medication</li><li>
Make visit notes through electronic charting and submit promptly</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Current Registered Nurse license with competent in the duties described above</li><li>
Minimum 1-year experience in infusion therapy and/or catheter maintenance and care</li><li>
Reliable transportation, access to a printer/scanner/fax machine</li><li>
Must be able to communicate promptly with our scheduling personnel</li><li>
Expect to do 2 visits per week</li><li>
Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance</li></ul></div>
