The Recruiter manages the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening and hiring qualified candidates to meet the agency’s staffing needs. This role oversees job postings, and ensures new hire documentation is completed in compliance with agency guidelines, and maintains accurate employee records while working closely with the Human Resources Supervisor to achieve staffing goals.

  • Sources and screens qualified candidates through databases, job boards, and other recruiting channels.

  • Reviews resumes and conducts introductory calls to evaluate candidates’ credentials, education, experience, and overall fit.

  • Ensures all new hire documentation is collected, reviewed, and maintained in compliance with agency guidelines.

  • Maintains accurate employee records across staffing boards, personnel files, and payroll systems.

  • Promotes effective collaboration and maintains positive working relationships with internal departments and staff.

Education:

  • High School Diploma
  • Associates Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
