Helpful Insight Private Limited is looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer with expertise in Next.js and Nest.js for our development team. You will be part of a team that manages the end-to-end operations of all our products and services.Experience: 3-6 years Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (On-site) Work Mode: On-site || 5.5 days/weekKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle and guide the development team, including mid-level developers, juniors, and interns, ensuring their growth and productivity.</li><li>Lead sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups, providing technical direction and mentorship as needed.</li><li>Coordinate between team and project management, ensuring timelines, priorities, and goals are aligned.</li><li>Develop and maintain web applications using Core/Advance JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and Next.js.</li><li>Create dynamic and interactive user interfaces using Next.js, leveraging its server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) capabilities.</li><li>Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to support front-end requirements.</li><li>Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.</li><li>Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs.</li><li>Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with best practices.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer with expertise in Next.js.</li><li>Strong understanding of JavaScript and modern front-end development principles.</li><li>Proficiency in building and maintaining APIs using Node.js.</li><li>Solid knowledge of React.js and state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.</li><li>Familiarity with Next.js features like SSR, SSG, and API routes.</li><li>Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong experience in database.</li><li>Team leading skills.</li></ul>Education &amp; Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>3+ years of experience in MERN stack development.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;700,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>We have 5.5 days/week (Alternate saturday day offs) working days, are you comfortable with it?</li><li>What is your Current CTC?</li><li>What is your Expected CTC?</li><li>Do you have experience in Nextjs?
