As a key member of our team, you will deliver exceptional customer service, handle food preparation, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Your enthusiasm and multitasking skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and satisfied.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.</li><li>Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.</li><li>Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with accuracy and integrity.</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food prep areas, dining spaces, and cashier stations in compliance with food safety regulations.</li><li>Assist with food service tasks such as bussing tables, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations during busy periods.</li><li>Manage time effectively to ensure quick service delivery in a fast food or quick service restaurant setting while maintaining high-quality standards.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food preparation, food handling, or working in a restaurant or caf&eacute; environment.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
