This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills and hospitality expertise while working in a spirited atmosphere that values your contributions.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.</li><li>Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.</li><li>Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently while maintaining cash handling accuracy.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling protocols.</li><li>Monitor guest behavior responsibly, ensuring a safe environment in compliance with alcohol service regulations.</li><li>Restock bar supplies promptly, track inventory levels, and assist with catering or banquet setups as needed.</li><li>Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and event coordinators during food service or catering events to ensure smooth operations.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations professionally.</li><li>Solid understanding of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.</li><li>Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.</li><li>Basic math skills including retail math for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management.</li><li>Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques such as brewing or mixing cocktails; experience in retail math is a plus.
