Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Paramedic to join our emergency medical services team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in advanced life support and demonstrate the ability to provide high-quality patient care in various settings. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing advanced life support and transporting patients to higher level medical facilities.Duties<ul><li>Provide advanced life support and critical care interventions, including airway management, medication administration, and patient assessment.</li><li>Conduct physical examinations and vital signs monitoring to evaluate patient health status.</li><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.</li><li>Document patient care activities accurately and maintain compliance with medical protocols and regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with hospital staff during patient handoff at Level I and Level II trauma centers or urgent care facilities.</li><li>Participate in critical care transport as needed, ensuring safety during transit.</li><li>Engage in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices in emergency medicine.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid Paramedic certification and state licensure.</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for patient transport and equipment handling.</li><li>Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.</li><li>Commitment to providing compassionate care under pressure while maintaining professionalism at all times.
