Join our dedicated team and lead our project management excellence.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Project Management Director to lead our project management office (PMO) and oversee the successful execution of all projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, team leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for establishing project management standards, guiding project managers, and ensuring the overall success of our project portfolio.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Establish and maintain robust project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.</li><li>Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of all projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.</li><li>Develop and manage project portfolios, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and dependency management.</li><li>Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Implement and manage project management tools and software to enhance efficiency and reporting.</li><li>Monitor project performance against key metrics (scope, schedule, budget, quality) and implement corrective actions as needed.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project management team.</li><li>Manage relationships with external clients, vendors, and partners involved in project delivery.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Extensive experience in project management, with a significant portion in a director-level or senior PMO role, managing multiple complex projects.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum.</li><li>Strong leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience with project management software and tools.</li><li>Familiarity with the specific industry or sector of Heracles Team is a strong advantage.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
