Develop and implement a data-driven purchasing strategy for all stores.</li><li>
Establish and maintain par levels, reorder points, and safety stock based on sales velocity and seasonality.</li><li>
Use AI forecasting tools to predict demand and automate reorder recommendations.</li><li>
Align purchasing schedules with finance and store operations to balance stock levels and cash flow.</li><li>
Monitor inventory across multiple locations to minimize stockouts and overstock.</li><li>
Lead the rollout of standardized SOPs for purchasing, receiving, and reconciliation.</li><li>
Track and report on inventory KPIs: stock turns, GMROI, aged inventory, and stockout rate.</li><li>
Conduct regular SKU rationalization reviews to optimize product mix and margin contribution.</li><li>
Build and maintain dashboards integrating Dutchie, Headset, Pistil, and other data.</li><li>
Analyze category performance and product velocity to support marketing, pricing, and promotion planning.</li><li>
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.</li><li>
Develop and maintain vendor relationships across all product categories.</li><li>
Create and manage vendor scorecards to track fill rates, pricing accuracy, and delivery performance.</li><li>
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and promotional programs with top vendors.</li><li>
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with METRC and state cannabis regulations.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with finance, retail operations, and compliance teams to streamline workflows.</li><li>
Train store-level staff on inventory best practices and purchasing protocols.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.</li><li>
3+ years in retail or CPG purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain operations.</li><li>
Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred.</li><li>
Proven success implementing data-based purchasing systems or AI-driven forecasting.</li><li>
Experience managing inventory across multiple store locations.</li><li>
Deep Excel/Office skills (pivot tables, forecasting models, dashboards).</li><li>
Experience with Dutchie POS, Headset, Pistil, and METRC (Or similar).</li><li>
Familiarity with Prelude or other AI forecasting tools (Hypersonix, Flourish, etc.).</li><li>
Experience with Power BI, Airtable, or similar reporting tools a plus.</li><li>
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.</li><li>

Support execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, and social platforms.</li><li>
Maintain promotional calendars to ensure deals, events, and campaigns launch on time.</li><li>
Coordinate branded assets + physical collateral for stores, including signage, print materials, business cards, and handouts.</li><li>
Assist in drafting internal campaign briefs and distributing go-to-market plans to stores.</li><li>
Partner cross-functionally to support new product and promotional launches.</li><li>
Manage and track swag, signage, and retail marketing supplies.</li><li>
Use Alpine IQ to assist with audience building, segmentation, and reporting.</li><li>
Build and schedule campaigns across email, SMS, and MMS.</li><li>
Pull performance reports from Alpine IQ and Dutchie to support business insights.</li><li>
Conduct basic market, customer, and competitive analysis to support strategy.</li><li>
Assist with campaign performance analytics and optimization recaps.</li><li>
Support loyalty, retention, and customer journey programs.</li><li>
Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and partners.</li><li>
Coordinate vendor programming &mdash; information collection, creative needs, and approvals.</li><li>
Support scheduling, logistics, and execution of vendor days, store events, and pop-ups.</li><li>
Assist with planning event staffing, booth setup, giveaways, and activations.</li><li>
Capture photo/video content at store events when appropriate.</li><li>
Track brand-funded promotions and ensure accurate execution in-store.</li><li>
Assist with reporting on vendor promotions and campaign performance.</li><li>
Support day-to-day organic social content drafting + scheduling.</li><li>
Help organize and source brand assets (video, imagery, creative materials).</li><li>
Assist with community management and audience engagement.</li><li>
Assist with media planning and buying, including research and coordination.</li><li>
Support print production needs, including ordering, routing, and delivery tracking.</li><li>
Maintain shared project trackers, campaign calendars, and task lists.</li><li>
Communicate cross-functionally to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.</li><li>
Support execution of events and brand activations.</li><li>

Qualifications
</b></h3><ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in marketing or retail marketing; cannabis strongly preferred.</li><li>
Familiarity with Alpine IQ (or similar CRM/loyalty platforms).</li><li>
Experience using Dutchie for reporting and insights.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with social media execution.</li><li>
Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.</li><li>
Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic reporting.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>

The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning and implementation of retail and brand marketing needs across our store network.
